How to Configure Outlook 2002 for E-mail
Follow the instructions below to configure Outlook 2002 to send and receive
e-mail on your Webfodder account. If we reference a menu that you don't see in your Outlook, look for the
following symbol at the bottom of the menu:
Clicking on this will open the menu completely so that all items are visible:

Select Tools -> E-mail Accounts... from the Outlook main menu. |

Select "Add new e-mail account" and
click "Next >". |

Select POP3 as the Server Type, and click "Next
>". |

Under "User Information", enter your name and
e-mail address. |

Under "Server Information", enter the POP3 and SMTP information provided by webfodder for the server names.

Under "Logon Information", enter your User Name (this should
be already populated, but if not it should be your complete e-mail address)
and Password assigned by Webfodder. |

If you want Outlook to remember your e-mail password, make
sure the "Remember Password" box is checked. |

Click the (More Settings) button and select the (Outgoing Server Tab).
Check the box that says... (My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication)
Check the radio button that says... (Use same settings as my incoming mail server)

Click the "Test Account Settings ..." button to
confirm everything is working. |

10. |
After entering your information, click "Next >"
and then click "Finish". |

11. |
You should now be able to send and receive e-mail using
Outlook 2002. |
